Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dubai. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting a variety of data into our systems accurately and efficiently. You will manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is computer savvy, with a keen eye for detail and previous experience in data entry roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in databases and systems.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by verifying entered data.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
  • Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer.
  • Generating reports and performing data analysis as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding all information being processed, stored, or accessed.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
  • Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with data entry software and databases (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
